decent stay with some issues
missing winefailing keycard
Our family ordered a bottle of red wine to be in our room upon arrival, though it was not there. we discovered this the next day and had to inquire about its whereabouts. This required some follow-up. additionally, the bath in our room resembled something from public housing. finally, the keycard to our room often failed, or it took so long to open the door that we thought it was broken.

the surroundings were nice. the breakfast selection was good, i suppose.
The voucher had specific dates. i attempted to call multiple times to arrange the stay, but no one answered the phone. i left a voicemail, but i never got a call back. Rather frustrating.
